I currently have a DAS mod, plus VRCover DAS foam replacement, plus a small counterweight, plus 3D printed headband which I molded to better hug my head by submerging it in hot water and bending it a little, with some padding sewn onto it. I also modded my facepad situation by attaching a portion of the Vive pleather foam to the glasses spacer, and added some felt fabric to the sides for light leak blockage.
Current status: 10/10. Just a pleasure wearing it.
Pros: Zero face pressure, balanced and comfortable head hug, increased FOV.
Con: it looks like a Cyberpunk 2077 meme.
