I can confirm that my charger (the stock Huawei quick charger that came in the box with my us model Honor 8 purchased from Amazon) supports inputs of 100-240v, as per writing on the charger.

I recommend you get this (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01M2ZXQ5C/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_c_api_-rzAzbSFV8254) or anyone else that needs the accessories for the honor 8. It's cheap and all their official stuff though Amazon seems a little low on stock right now.
