Couple things I do to try and keep the sick away:

Dust/dirt: filter your air with a bandana, seamless mask, nose filters, etc. I usually use a seamless mask and wear it as much as possible. Wetting it before wearing it should cool the air you breathe and (in theory) make it filter the air better. Just be sure to wash it thoroughly in a sink each night to clean it out or have a spare to wear the next day.

Vitamins: Multivitamin and vitamin C daily. With the insane water intake and exertion at camping festivals I usually take two multis/VitC every day (every 12 hours).

If you're gonna be drinking/doing drugs, be sure to eat enough and hydrate before going to bed each night, it'll make waking up in the mornings easier.

Earplugs/Etymotics/Eargasms for tinnitus, especially if you're gonna be anywhere near the rail, and waking up with a headache AND tinnitus pain is a serious PITA.

My first EDC was rough. Wook flu and tinnitus.. Never again.

You would love mine. It's a cat puking rainbows.

It keeps sun / bugs off my face and ears, and they're all fucking lame
