Something like this? I was thinking AMD because I read somewhere the the 16+ cores of an AMD are better for gaming than the Quad cored Intel processors.

$400 for just 2 components.
I WISH I could build a PC with those specs for $350 but something smells fucky here. I haven't seen a sub $400 build on r/buildapc that doesn't include an i3 or pentium.
