It's 12 lip liners for $8.43 (and 2 day shipping for Prime people) by the way, not $8.43 per pencil. I honestly think $9 for 12 different colors is a great deal. Definitely not all the colors in the rainbow but there's some staple shades in there like a variety of pinks, nudes, and browns!
And for Canadians this set is $17.99 but not prime. Still a good deal though. View Here.

For the lip liner issue, this set is good, especially for the price.
I got this set of 12 lipliners on Amazon, that works awesome and was super cheap. But lip liners are also one of the areas of makeup I go cheaper on.
