I had developed RSI on my hand and tried that one, I was still feeling some pain so I returned it and bought this vertical mouse from J-Tech
I started having wrist pains a year ago and switched to one of these bad boys (LINK).
At first it was clumsy as hell. After a few weeks of adjustment, it feels natural again, but more importantly it's WAY MORE comfortable and my wrist pains have disappeared. Switching back to a regular mouse feels sickening.
Maybe try one out. Especially you, OP. I was in your boat. I had quite intense pains and was worried that my gaming days were over.
