Early Access release might be next month; Steam has it listed among the releases in April, and the game's OST is listed on Amazon with an April release. You can check /r/killingfloor for more hints and speculation.

As for an official date, it hasn't been announced yet.

I see. Some other options would be buying the CD version on amazon which includes the mp3 files (or just buy the mp3 version) which you can listen to with a local player on your pc.

Another option would be buying the KF2 deluxe edition upgrade on Steam which includes the soundtrack files to play locally as well. I know that version includes the uncompressed FLAC files (CD quality).

You could also buy the Killing Floor 1 soundtrack somewhere and add that to your playlist for a bit more variety in the same tone.
