The first one looks like it'd work and if you get a clevis and cotter pin to attach the handles, you could take it apart and lay it flat in in your closet since space is such a premium.
If you're handy and have the time, you can build your own. I built mine using 1.5" PVC so I could put it flat against a wall when I'm not using it. I kept each side separate from each other and made the feet removable to make storing it easier. It's basically just 2 90 degree elbows to make the main body of it and then two 3 way tee's to make the feet so they don't tip over. It's been working really well for about a year now. I think it cost me about $25 for everything from Lowes.
It looks pretty much like this but taller and the feet come off so everything lays flat against the closet wall.
