For 4k video you usually want as fast and large as you can afford. You just bought a ~800 bucks camera, don't skim on the memory card.
Generally the advertised speed of memory cards is the read speed, which isn't really a concern for you. More important is the write speed and cheaper cards often omit this value.
Good cards with high enough write speed while still being fairly priced are the Sandisk Extreme Pro series, or the Lexar Pro and last but not least the Samsung Pro. Take your pick!
I’ve been using these Lexar Professional 1000x 64GB SDXC UHS-II/U3 Card since I got my GH5 and using them now on my GH5s. They have not failed me and I shoot about 2-3 times a week.

Other sizes are on sale, might not be the best prices for them. I think the 64GB was on Amazon's deal day last year for $30, I don't remember, but it wasn't much more than the 32.

I went with this SD card: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00PLENZX4 it seems to be faster than the cards listed, would the cause an issue? I'm currently using a Samsung Pro MicroSD from my GoPro (w/adapter) but wanted a 2nd card. I will mostly be using the camera for video.
I just started using this 64gb 150mb/s card for my slot 1, and an older 32gb 95mb/s card for slot 2. My setup is RAWs in slot 1, JPGs in slot 2. I haven't done any 4k with it but it has performed great so far.
You expect the general consumer to know the difference or would be willing to pay the premium for faster memory? As it is, flash memory is more expensive per GB than magnetic disc storage. To get one of those high-speed SD card cost ~$30 for 64GB where you can a 2TB hard drive for $80. I should mention that at 120MB/s, that Seagate is pretty comparable to the UHSII SD card. This is the PS Vita all over again.
