If it's gaming build, then it's bit skewed, CPU is massively overkill for rtx 2070.

RAM, imo just buy 3200mhz one, unless you want to pay double the price for 1 fps more.

GPU - you can fit rtx 2080 super in budget, if you don't needlessly overspend on CPU and RAM and few other parts.

PSU - 850w is more than enough.

Case - if you want best airflow, H500P mesh or H500M.

Video card: an RX 5700 is quite powerful, more than enough for modern games at 1080P, and sufficient for 1440P. You also get to the experience cutting edge video drivers. Depending on what you'll actually play on it, it could be exceptional overkill.

RAM: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/HzfmP6/gskill-memory-f43200c14d32gvr 3200CL14 is pretty much the best you can buy that wont severely break the bank for non-gaming use, is close enough to 3600MHz when bandwidth or IF are the limits, and sometimes even better when latency or core frequency are the limits. You can OC some good recent kits to 3600+ and low timings, but I haven't seen any for sale that aren't absurdly expensive.

SSD: since you aren't talking too much about price, get one that has been reliable (infant failure reports left and right are why I'm not so keen on the Rocket, FI), and has a DRAM cache. At current prices, I think the HP EX920 holds the best value proposition, ATM. Unless you give the SSD a heavy load, you won't get any additional performance gains from faster SSDs, once you're into ones that have good flash a DRAM mapping cache. But, I would get no smaller than 500GB (nominal), today, as the smaller drives have fewer controller channels filled, leading to lower random and sequential performance.

Mouse: the G403 and G502 are the current follow-ons to the MX518, with the G403 having the most similar shape. But, they removed prediction (where it snaps to line angles), and changed some other things for fast-paced gaming. There has thus consistently been a demand for the old mouse. As such, they have made a new version, which sports the sensor updates, onboard uC (you can likely set DPI and basic button mappings w/ software on Windows, and have it stick over on Linux), etc., but tweaked for MX518 behavior, and with nearly the same body shape. My G403 is still going strong, so I haven't given into temptation and actually bought one for myself...yet (I owned 4 different MX51x mice in the past).

PSU: 500W will be fine. Even with the 5700, you're looking at 350W full load, maybe.

I have this mouse but switched it for a slightly bigger one. Good mouse for wireless operation but logitech released new mices with their new hero sensor (Probably the Pixart 3389 ). I would go for those or wait until they update this mouse (battery not to great) or it actually goes on sale. More Mice competing with this one:Logitech G403 Pixart PMW 3366 $39.99..
