The closest you could get (to my knowledge) is using LonelyScreen (or something similar) to stream your phone screen to your computer (alternatively use a lightning to hdmi like the one seen here but I'm sure you can find something cheaper) and then use a Bluetooth mouse like the one found here (again you can find something cheaper) to control the device.

As much as I will normally tell you Microsoft makes way better, more durable peripherals than Logitech, this is my winner here, if the size and bluetooth-y-ness fit the bill. Had one for 8 years then gave it to my ex girlfriend in like-new condition. It's not inclined to randomly fall apart/have battery cover come off/etc., and is a pretty solid mouse, too:

I think it's also kind-of discontinued, possibly because it was one of those "hey people aren't breaking these and replacing them all the time, that's hurting our bottom line!" products...
