I have traveled with them and had no issues. I will be buying more, you can't beat $9.99 with free shipping. It makes it easy to see what ones you have, they stand up and store neatly away at the bottom of your wardrobe or in shelves or cupboards! I personally don't want to display my nail polishes because I use them until near empty and half empty bottles on display don't seem too visually appealing.

I bought three similar cases at JoAnn Fabrics (US) for around $7-$8 each (used a coupon each time). If you're outside the US take some of your favorite polishes to a fabric shop for a fit check and see if they carry this type of thread organizer.

It's a little smaller so the tallest bottles it holds are Sinful Colors. That means certain polishes like OPI, China Glaze, Revlon, and Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure don't fit but I managed to fill all three cases up with: Sinful Colors, Essie, Essence, LA Colors, Seche Vite, Revlon Parfumerie, Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear, Wet n Wild, Hard Candy, Formula X, L'oreal, Rimmel, Julie G, Gelish full size, Finger Prints gels, and some other brands. If anyone in the US is looking for a budget option check out the JoAnn app and use one of their weekly coupons (usually range from 40% to 60% off one item). You can splurge on a larger case off Amazon to hold the taller polishes (or put it on your birthday/holiday wish list and let someone else buy it) and use cheaper cases for the rest.
