Geoff Petty has 26 or so pages - a chapter - on classroom management. In fact, the chapter is called classroom management:

that's a great read and very accessible. Also has a chapter on motivation.

The two following books are less accessible because they work on the premise of presenting use cases and using reflection to establish the cause and action plan to help the problem at hand (the first book deals with motivation);
