They are smaller than normal ones so they dont push on your ear canal while laying on your side. Like this
I use these every night. They are pretty great even when on the side and make for good earplugs when you are not listening to anything. Super inexpensive too.

I use these.
They got a really low profile and they're soft. I have sleep phones but I find that unless I have the actual earpieces absolutely aligned properly, they leave some pressure points and I get some pain in my ears from them.

Not wireless but these guys are awesome. Designed for sleeping so they don't protrude at all out of the ear. I tie up the cable and plug it into my sena so there's not really a cord to worry about
-Also these headphones are a god damn life saver. I’d try these with (insert whatever relaxing shit you like here) before a white noise machine. These are better than ear plugs. I can’t live without them. And they’re inexpensive. (Mobile and I’m sorry)

I do something similar with my phone, but leave it on the night stand screen side down. I sleep on my side and use these comfy earbuds just put in one ear in at a time (which ever ear is not on the pillow). I also found this volume limiter, which allows me to set the volume lower than the minimum level of the phone. Finally, I use sleep timer apps to stop what I am listening to after 30 minutes or so.
Same here, I use Eargasms. With foamie earplugs or custom-fit earphones, I can't hear my Sena at highway speeds (I added the UClear speakers as well).
With Eargasms, I run at like 80% volume at highway speeds. You can turn the auto volume back on, and it'll work.
Also, I have a set of earbuds designed for sleeping, they are very low profile, comfy, and block a good amount of sound. I only use them for long rides, putting on and taking off earbuds are a pain for local riding. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B071WRSL38/
