Well, the board does look nice, good job on that. Now, if you love Monopoly, let me give you two suggestions: Machi Koro and Lords of Vegas. Both fantastic games about building properties and getting money (although the gambling theme from LoV can put some people off.) You can pick them up from Amazon, or, since you're in Orlando, from the fine folks at CSG.

I am suggesting three games, hope that is alright:

Quelf
This is a great game for 2 or more players. It has many categories ranging from drawing and charades to trivia and rules.

Titan
This is a big strategy game. 2-6? Players. Kind of a stack/deck/army building game. It's long, but I thoroughly enjoy it.

Best for last!
Lords of Vegas
This is great for 2-4 players. I have tried to compare this game to Monopoly meets ... I dunno. It's one of my favorites. Basically, you build a casino empire while trying to exonerate more successful than your opponent. You can steal other people's casinos, and build a bigger empire.

Lords of Vegas is an absolute blast. It's a property building game with a vegas theme to it. It's easy to learn, but there's plenty of opportunity for strategy. It plays in about 1 hour, and is a ton of fun. I used to play Carcassonne religiously, but Lords of Vegas is definitely taking up more and more of my gaming time.
