J'en ai offert une à Noël à mon frère, j'ai acheté des manettes Sega Saturn d'origine dans des magasins retro-gaming (~20 euros/pièce) et un adaptateur.
Je peux savoir où tu as stocké tes ROMs ? J'ai tout mis sur clef USB perso, et ça me pose de gros problèmes de ralentissements, notamment dans des jeux d'arcade... Street Fighter 3.3 est injouable quand la ROM est sur USB mais tout va bien depuis la flash :/

It's the pricier route, but I recommend picking up a Mayflash Saturn adapter with a vintage Saturn pad. I've heard shady things about pretty much all the unofficial clones for Saturn pads.

For the controllers themselves you can find ebay sellers who do a pretty honest job cleaning up and testing vintage gamepads.
I'm not certain for speedrunning specifically but I personally love the gen2 sega saturn controller for 2D platformers and fighting games. You can find adapters Here or just get one with USB already Here. I personally use an adapter and joy2key since I have a Saturn already.
