No. They are releasing a separate X collection in July though.

Already part of the Mega Man X Collection being released. Mega Man games cannot really be viewed as "anticipated" since they pretty much have all been released in various collections by Capcom individually. They are already out in effect.
As a fan that's getting it on the Nintendo Switch, they did, if you buy the physical edition you get Legacy Collection 1 on a Switch Cart and a download code for Legacy Collection 2, for $40. Looking at the PS4 and XOne, it appears that everything comes on the physical disc. When it hits the Nintendo EShop (And I assume the other networks) you can buy them separately for $20.
