From what I understand, if you want to stream without lag you need a SHIELD Tablet which is the only device atm that has Twitch Mobile Broadcasting..
Or run something like a MHL to HDMI but you would still need a way to capture, even then I'm not 100% sure it would work.. You would have to do lots of digging on MHL and OTG cables/adapters..
