I got this to play The World Ends With You on Switch in handheld mode (which exclusively uses touchscreen controls) and I had absolutely no problems with it. It's relatively cheap and has a lot of positive reviews; I've also personally had a good experience with it so far.
If you really want to keep drawing, I would recommend using your phone until your setup is working again. I've been doing it for a bit and it's the next best thing. I bought an ~$10 stylus from amazon ( [this one] (https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01N2OJX82/ref=ya_aw_oh_bia_dp?ie=UTF8&psc=1) to be precise) and use picsart's draw mode. It works pretty well and it's portable

These types of stylus with the disc at the bottom kind of helps when writing, but you have to be careful when using them since the tip is easy to break.
No option for palm rejection though.
Overall I think your art is very good. You have an excellent grasp of anatomy and facial expression. Your biggest flaw is just cleanliness. I'm not certain of whether or not you own a digital stylus, but it will really help. Here [1,2] are two different ones you may want to look at depending on what you're able to get a hold of. I understand that this could be difficult at your age.
Beyond this, practicing your lineart is all that's left. Here is a good guide to help you figure out where to start. Also, try to take the time to make your coloring complete and neat. Other than that, I can't think of any other advice, since you're starting from such solid ground.
