Op, for what it's worth, at $80, you did not find the bargain of 2016. But you can still make a really nice saw out of what you have.

You can snag new tires from Amazon prime. Just look for urethane tires for a 10" saw. Brand does not matter since most of the 10" saws are basically the same.

The blade that came with mine was garbage. I have a 9" saw and bought this. You'll want the 10" version. http://www.amazon.com/Morse-ZCDB06-2-Inch-Working-Bandsaw/dp/B000EHITR0 cheap as dirt.

If you got it used its probably way out of adjustment. The instruction manual is available online, and many woodworking sites will show with pics how to tune roller guides and the guide block things.

I'm no expert myself. But I got one for free for helping a guy move some furniture. Once I had the tires, a new blade and a tune up its a wonderful little saw.
