How hot are you designing it to handle?

You should switch your Z coupling to a beam or ideally bellows type. The latter is probably the best available in general for light loads, but this is the cheapest nice one you'll find. Generic polyurethane spiders aren't rated up to the temperatures you're probably aiming for.

Make sure to grease your guides with something suitable for recirculating balls at your operating temps. THK AFA is a good choice, as is the Mobilith SHC 100 I use. Both of those are fine for the linear bearings/rods and lead screw too. But don't use an oil or dry lubricant for anything, especially not the guides.

Also, thoroughly clean and relubricate them before use if they aren’t genuine. The clones either don’t have any factory lubrication (neither do a lot of the actual Hiwins, but they have a protective coating) or have inadequate corrosion inhibitors, and the rusting there are reports of will be worse at high temperatures. Apparently some people have found debris inside them too.

I strongly suggest finding a way to mount the X rail that doesn't rely on printed parts and preferably provides full support. Misumi's 2020 with milled surfaces is lightweight and probably good enough. You could use two short strips of MIC-6/ATP-5 plate to attach to the blocks and run screws for T-nuts through as flat replacements for your printed pieces. Whatever plastic you're realistically using will be much less stiff when heated, even if it's not at its glass transition temperature or melting point. The other printed components are less critical, but they should still be changed eventually like you mentioned.

And just because the belts are rated for 85 °C doesn't mean they'll perform the same there as at room temperature. Get genuine Gates, as they have more fiber reinforcement and won't stretch as much.
