Recipe as follows:
2oz Vodka (unflavored)
1.5 oz Ocean Spray Diet Cranberry
1 oz lime juice, fresh squeezed
1 oz Monin Sugar Free Zero Calorie Triple Sec
Combine, stir with crushed ice, strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish optional.
Diet cranberry juice is 2 net carbs per 8 oz, so its 1.5 oz volume impact is negligible. Lime juice is about 3g per oz. The Monin Triple Sec syrup is sugar alcohol so it’s about Zero net carbs. It’s non alcoholic which is why I recommend the 2oz of vodka instead of 1.5.
