If you had a triple mount - it would bring the monitors up off your desk. Then you could easily slip your laptop in the back corner.

Something like this:

Good luck! I've been looking for the same, albeit for 27" screens, and have had a lot of difficulty.

The last link I just found myself, and might give that a shot. Currently using a dual arm mount and the third screen on a book.

Edit: Looking again, I don't think that last mount will work for what I am aiming to achieve. This is for a primarily flight sim setup and the left and right monitors are at about a 40° angle to the center. I have yet to find a mount that I can achieve that with.

Edit two: Maybe if I put wood blocks between the vesa mount and the L & R monitors, I might be able to get the angle I want. Hm. Does anyone else have suggestions?

I like it. I did bolt it to the desk though. But it stands fine on it own. I just like the added security of it being bolted to the desk.

u/zatzed · 2 pointsr/battlestations

You don't need to mount it to anything. You could get a 3 monitor stand. I can't seem to find the stand that I have but one like this stand might suit your needs. It'll free up a lot of space on your desk.

u/RedLeeder · 1 pointr/battlestations

They don't appear to be offering the 3x wide monitor stand anymore :/

This is pretty much what I got though: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00FQU7CPU?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00

I bought it off Amazon. Mount it! Was the brand I believe. I have 3 19 inch monitors. It works pretty well. Amazing desk space now that the bases are gone.

Get this while it's on sale.

Edit: there are probably others that are cheaper, but this one seems really nice.

u/dimpan · 1 pointr/outrun

which stand is that? mine looks similar - this one, but it's almost impossible to get all 3 screens perfectly level

i did debezel mine though, worked really well.

u/HydroxFrost · 1 pointr/battlestations

Fripomanic was right, my monitors are the k222hqls, and the stand is this one by mount-it! https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B00FQU7CPU/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

This is the stand:

Mount-It! Triple Freestanding Monitor Stand for Widescreen Monitors Up to 24" (Quad) (3 Horizontal Monitor) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00FQU7CPU/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_PIdavb0J8YWZK

u/Kevo05s · 1 pointr/pcmasterrace

Yes there is, here's the links to the triple monitor one (canadian price, idk where you're from)

the stand version

the clip-on version

u/Pbreeze2285 · 1 pointr/buildapcforme

This one is awesome. Technically it doesn't support the 27", but with the smaller side monitors there should be plenty of space. Double check the dimensions but it seems good to go to me.

All 3 monitors are 100x100 vesa compatible

u/Slowhands12 · 1 pointr/Monitors

I used these before getting articulated arms. They were great, though a complete hassle (as is with any triple monitor arm) to set up. They should work perfectly with the U24s as they're all VESA mount.

Hey my fellow glorious PC users. I have quick question. I just bought this ( https://www.amazon.com/Mount-MI-789-Freestanding-Compatible-Horizontal/dp/B00FQU7CPU ) for my 2 lg ultra wides ( https://www.amazon.com/LG-Electronics-25UM57-25-Inch-LED-lit/dp/B00V8FAWC2/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1475246876&sr=1-1&keywords=widescreen+monitor ). Do you guys think both of them will fit on there? Thanks once again my beautiful PC users.

u/nebraskapc · 1 pointr/hardwareswap

Honestly, no idea. Here is the Amazon page to see if anyone else used it on a corner desk.

I mean, it's the same as any triple monitor mount with swivel arms.

u/tactiima · 1 pointr/pcmasterrace

yup np, I'd recommend this one http://www.amazon.com/Mount--MI-789-Freestanding-Compatible-Horizontal/dp/B00FQU7CPU/ for a cheap solution

but make sure all three of your monitors are vesa compatible.

If you want a more thin stand I'd recommend this one here http://www.amazon.com/Deluxe-Monitor-Standing-Supports-002-0020/dp/B006JG9RQ2/

I have the Mount-it! Triple monitor stand from amazon. It's only $80 and it came in fast.

I'd recommend this one and probably an ergotech one.

u/WarWizard · 1 pointr/AskBattlestations

I have one of these at home: http://www.amazon.com/Mount-It-Freestanding-Monitor-Widescreen-Monitors/dp/B00FQU7CPU

I have the 2 monitor version at the office.

Both work very well and I have had no issues. The Trip stand has been at home for well over 1.5 years without any problems. You even have the option with these stands to drill through the desk and bolt it down.

Only need enough desk space for one. Doesn't matter if two of the monitors are floating. Here's a previous triple monitor setup I ran on a very tiny desk

Triple monitor stand: http://www.amazon.com/Mount-MI-789-Freestanding-Compatible-Horizontal/dp/B00FQU7CPU?ie=UTF8&psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_search_detailpage

Along with three generic 1080p monitors. Low response time used in gaming (don't currently have exact model numbers, two are LG and one in a BenQ. They are similar enough to function in an nVidia surround setup.)

u/LEEBAKKER · 1 pointr/pcmasterrace

This looks like a pretty solid option, but I do not own it myself.

u/theswampthinker · 1 pointr/buildapc

I think placing a foam strip will help mitigate that. Either that or placing something that is rigid with more surface area between the clamp and desk so the weight is distributed and places less strain on one specific spot.

Or

You can get this freestanding one: http://www.amazon.com/Mount--Freestanding-Monitor-Widescreen-Monitors/dp/B00FQU7CPU/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1394640962&sr=1-1&keywords=triple+monitor+stand

u/onepennytoomany · 1 pointr/pcmasterrace

I in the process of building a new PC at the moment, I have my monitor set-up all worked out, It'll be this:

3 4K Monitors

Attached to this badboy

u/sguzinski · 1 pointr/battlestations
u/kremes · 1 pointr/shittybattlestations

I feel your pain, 3 is a minimum for me. If their standing desks only support two monitors (im assuming due to size) then you could use that and get something like one of the stands below and deduct the cost at tax time. Not perfect but lets you both stand and have 3 monitors.
