I have the same sensitivity to cold as you. I need to wear a sweatshirt or sweater to eat yogurt ( I live in Minnesota where winters are brutal) I have chillblains on my left foot. Things that have helped me are getting really warm shoes ( which I have had to buy about 2 sizes bigger than my usual to accommodate very thick socks.) The boots are Sorel and socks from Llbean. Also applying a thicklayer of Vaseline on your feet before putting socks on helps. I also find using gel socks at night, before bed is making a tremendous difference. It was 0 degrees Fahrenheit today when I waited outside to pick up my daughter and my feet were not cold at all but my fingers started throbbing in pain because I only wore thin driving gloves.
These are the gel socks I use https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00O81S77A/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_kHKYDb8PK7KRA
I don't know where you live and if you need one but for winter I finally got myself a down coat that goes down to my knees. Makes a world of difference to people like us.
