Right there is your basic LED model, has everything you need to setup and start recording. You can also get them with CFL bulbs, but I don't like them as much as they are much more breakable.
Great video, you really got my attention. Lighting was a bit wonky but that can be improved with a more controlled setting. Instead of sitting on the counter in your kitchen, maybe sit at the table? I’m just nitpicking now, but I digress. Maybe invest in some studio lights or even a simple ring light for when you’re creating your cooking videos.
