I don't have the measurements of the Wyze wall plug but that doesn't look any smaller.
OP could replace the wall outlet with one that has USB ports or I'd suggest getting one like this.
I'm using one of these in a spot where there OEM adapter would stick out too far. Kinda pricy (compared to the cost of the camera!) but I already had it.

Can't talk about the Anker's performance, but I got noise using this charger. I ended up getting [a grounded USB charger] (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01JLXTQ1U) instead.
This is better since it allows the RPi to be more flush with the wall.

I'm viewing in the US so I'm not sure if these are available in Canada, but a pretty good alternative might be this charger and this cable, which are about $20 USD together. Just add a piece of double sided tape to secure the home and I think you could have a simple but tasteful solution, and an extra usb charging port for your other devices.
