It being a Razer product in no way justifies the price. At best, it explains it, as Razer is infamous for selling overpriced, crap products. Even this stick is literally a rip-off of the Mad Catz fightpad, except it's even less usable (no analog stick) and somehow costs like 4 times as much. Even the very similar Hori Fighting Commander is a third of the price.
This works for me! https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01HT2TSSQ/ref=asc_df_B01HT2TSSQ5476998/?tag=hyprod-20&creative=395033&creativeASIN=B01HT2TSSQ&linkCode=df0&hvadid=241949383120&hvpos=1o1&hvnetw=g&hvrand=16333690441343633758&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=m&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9024578&hvtargid=pla-375849899030
You had literal millions of words in the English language to pick from and you chose a name shared in the FGC hobbyist space. Come on dude.
Also, Fightpad is literally the name of Mad Catz's controller with a d-pad designed for fighting games. Is this willful name-stealing, or are you just making all this shit up as you go?
I've looked into reviews a bit and it's middling honestly. Everybody's experience is different but I wouldn't personally buy it based on what people say. Brook is great for their circuit boards and converters but this controller was a one off project.
Other options for the record as far as having satellite dish dpads are the Madcatz fight pads and the Xbox One Elite controller. https://www.amazon.com/New-Improved-D-Pad-PlayStation4-PlayStation3-PlayStation/dp/B01HT2TSSQ
I don't have personal experience with any of it but there ya go~
Late to the party, but this seems like the optimal solution.
It's a fighting controller for PlayStation.
Has all the shoulder buttons, six face buttons you can map to A B CCC&C, a single dpad and a single analog stick.
Plus it has the touch pad.
Only downside is the cost, otherwise I'd pick one up myself. (I still might, I do have a decent amount of PS3/4 fighters and it would be solid for sega games too)

what about something like this or this
I high suggest you look at either this fight pad by HORI or this MadCatz one not many people think about getting a pad but its a say cheaper alternative than buying a stick and a WAAAAYY better DPAD than yourre used to i bought the Mad Catz one and it was the best decision i have made. espcially if youre looking for something wto help with your inputs these definetly do the trick as an aleternative to the controller and as a form of a "good cheap" fight stick. i know you said you were looking for a stick but these a great other options that most people arent aware of . and if you are aware of them and you say frick that get this fight stick.
