Don't give up on pea coats, just get try to find ones that aren't too structured and cut the shoulder pads out if they have them (it's super easy to open up the seams underneath and get them out). Cashmere sweaters can be decent because they don't tend to be too thick.

Also if you haven't done so already I highly recommend opting for men's slim fitting basic t-shirts in smaller sizes instead of womens, because they're longer and have more room in the shoulders - so much more flattering! Some of the best ones I've found are these, they're cheap, soft, and hold up well! I'm 5'10 145 and I go with an xs, so either a s or m (depending on how tight you like your shirts, I like mine fairly tight so that you can see I actually have a waist, since baggy clothing looks awful on me) should be perfect for you!
