Yowsa. Does your pre-amp have a 12 volt trigger out? I have a big power strip with a 12 volt trigger input that I use to turn my Behringer amp and subwoofer on when my receiver turns on. That way I know there's zero current draw when everything is off, but it's still nicely automated when I need it all on.
