You'd have to buy multiple but can connect them together.
They should be charging when the system is docked.
If they arent, then something may be wrong.
You could try a charging grip, which should keep them charged off of the system.
Or something like a Nyko charging block which should keep them charged when not attached to anything.
Have you updated them to the latest firmware?
Is this the one you're referring to? That looks pretty slick, especially with the ability to connect multiple pieces together.
