If I'm to believe /u/Dr_Slizzenstein/ then you are correct. here you can see the same product with 35% DV.
You misunderstand /u/rlemon's point. They're saying that the company isn't the one lying because the bags actually say they offer 35% daily recommended value per serving of Vitamin A. You can see this for yourself here:

Note that there are a few subtle differences between the bag in the OP and the bag in the link, namely the position of the nutrition panel and the use of "cal" vs kcal. It's possible that the OP is edited and there was never a bag that actually said 0% DV Vit A. It's possible the company released did actually release bags with 0%, whether deliberately or by mistake. It's impossible to tell, and not really that important, but it's a little disconcerting to see people use this as an example of 'why the FDA sucks' when it's possibly edited, and may not be an American product at all.
