I was going to send you here, and here, but then realized that you have a self image problem that those two links would not work for you...yet.

>Getting over your self image issues:

Read this. One of the greatest motivators and confidence boosters that you can have when dealing with the opposite sex is knowing that, if shit is going right, you can please the ever-living fuck out of them sexually.

DO NOT CONTINUE ON WITH ANY OF MY RECOMMENDATIONS UNTIL YOU HAVE READ THE EBOOK BOOK!!!

Getting over you self image issues continued:

>EASY:

  • Hire a NLP and Hypnosis Practitioner. They can help you get on the right track easier and faster. Expensive though.

    >Hard:

  • Buy the book Frogs Into Princes. It is a primer on how to get your mind programmed to do what you want it to do. You may be able to find a copy for free on the 'net.

  • Go to your nearest and largest airport or mall.

  • Once at mall or airport, for two days straight, find a comfy seat, and for 30 minutes, practice looking every single person that walks in front of you, in the eye. Avoid being creepy when doing it. Just look them in the eye. Seems easy -- until you actually do it!

  • For every male that you see, look them in the eye, and then look away slowly. Some guys get very angry when you look them in the eye, and may feel they have to defend themselves from you.

  • For every female that walks in front of you, look them in the eye, and hold your gaze until they look away. Then you look away. You avoid looking creepy this way. If you are as bad as you say you are, this can be hard as all hell.

  • After 2-3 days of doing this, practice at the mall, for 2 weeks straight, looking women in the eye, and just saying "hi" to them. Nothing more, nothing less, just hi. Start with salespeople if you have to. WARNING: Some may even say hello back and start a converstion with you.

  • Once completed, then you are ready for this, this and this.

    >Exercise:

  • Buy a heart rate monitor. Are you American? Here is a handy dandy link

  • Using the heart rate monitor after you program it, do an excerise that would put you between 65-75% of your max heart rate for at least 30 minutes. Depending on how out of shape you are, that could be as simple as speed walking around, or riding an eliptical.

  • After 2-3 weeks of 65-75% heart rate, move on up to 75-85% (cardio zone). Do this 3-4 times a week from now, until you die.

  • Save up your money and then commence the EASY recommendation.

I bought a bare-bones model on Amazon that had pretty good reviews: This is the one I got for 35 dollars. I am a petite person, so I had trouble getting the chest strap to fit. No complaints if you only want to track your heart rate. It didn't do anything fancy like track calories, so eventually I upgraded to the Polar FT-7. I love it. It tracks calories and is able to tell you when you're in the fat-burning zone vs. the fitness zone during your workouts. It also keeps a log and charts of your progress. It's twice as much at 70 dollars.

I have this one. The cheapest one on Amazon. It has a clock, alarm, stopwatch, and heart rate monitor. I think you can set it to sound the alarm if the HR goes above/below some thresholds, but I've never used that feature. It's the only HR monitor I've ever used and I'm perfectly happy with it. It updates about once a second.

I bought the Omron 100C last year when I tried to do p90x, it sat in a closet until the day before yesterday. Still works great.

I think this was the first one I used, and it worked pretty well. The GPS ones are just nice as they can give you pace info, and map out your run.

I have the Omron HR-100C. Nothing fancy, but it's got a watch, stopwatch, alarm, and heart rate monitor. It's cheap and within your price range, and has been solid for me.

Not really. Other calculators vary wildly. Heart rate monitors can be really cheap, though.

I've been using this one for a while now: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000A5CEUO/ref=oh_details_o07_s01_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Newer models may be different, but the low-budget strap on monitor I have works with pretty much all cardio machines. I lost the corresponding watch, but if I have the strap on, the treadmill/elliptical will pick it up. They all use the same transmission type (in general).

Actually, if you find that the Omron HRM I linked works with that treadmill, let me know and I can send you my strap if you'll cover shipping. Fair warning that I tend to be slow as shit when it comes to shipping things, but it's just sitting in my "random gym items" box making me feel guilty for losing the watch, so I'd be happy to.

i am using this, its really cheap and has a lot of good reviews. I have been using it over a week and it does the job. However i do not use it in the gym and i have heard that other machines that give HR messes the signal for a short while. I use it for P90x and it works great for me. The watch and the strap are pretty well constructed for the price. I actually bought mine for 25 bucks a month ago. Its a good deal considering the price and check out the 864 reviews :)

I have this one I bought about a year and a half ago and it works very well.

EDIT: This one looks to be a higher model and it's cheaper. It doesn't have as many reviews and it's a lower rating so I'm not sure what the deal is with it but just another option to look at.
