I can't say enough good things about my Osprey Porter. I travel a lot and am rough with gear and this bag just takes abuse. 5 years in and it still looks new.

If you don't already have a bag get this one- https://www.amazon.com/Osprey-Porter-Travel-Backpack-46-Liter/dp/B00OKE68PS

In addition I recommend bringing lights clothes that are able to dry quickly if you want to wash them and be able to pack them. Finally get some packing cubes to organize your clothes when you pack, it helps so much.

Also buy force fins, they are the best as well as the best for travel. Bay has them from time to time, also if you get the inserts you don't need booties. can easily fit all that stuff in the bag.

I use an Ospery Porter 45 (now 46) for all of my travelling needs. It's fucking awesome.

Holds a ton of stuff, is comfortable to wear for long periods of movement, compresses down to almost nothing. It even fits under the seat in a pinch.

Any backpack (i.e. soft bag) designed to be carried-on should accommodate it. I use an Osprey Porter 46 but there are plenty of other options.

That said, carry-ons are supposed to be less than 22x14x9 inches (that is a United site but the rules are universal in the US). If you find a particularly stringent gate attendant they might make you check it. This has never happened to me with bulging bags, though.

An Osprey Porter 46 seems to be a good fit. The official dimensions on it are 58h x 40w x 31d cm, so on the depth it is a bit off, but it has compression straps and depending on how full the pack is as well as how tightly the straps are cinched down, it could be roughly within all the criteria. Also, Osprey packs have lifetime warranties. It should be able to fit everything you've listed without any major issues.
