Very tiny pieces - like, penny sized, I would think. It's basically these things, but I've been just buying the cheese/ham/almonds at the grocery store and cutting and sorting them into similar portion sizes. Water or a LaCroix with it.
On the days I don't eat the above, it's usually either nothing, or something between 200-300 calories because my meds make me pretty much completely averse to food until about 8pm.
