They make adapters to interface aftermarket radios with the factory amps. This is one example though there are probably cheaper ones on ebay or aliexpress. You'd then have to get a new stereo though.
Another option would be to find an ebay unit from another car that came with aux, if it was an option. Then just swap the stereo and you're set.
I would avoid fm transmitters personally though they can be decent depending on where you live. The biggest annoyance is trying to find a clean empty station and hanging on to it as you drive around to different areas, which can be a real pain in large metro areas.
