I prefer enloop, they are a little expensive buy you might be able to catch them on sale. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00N05RL22?ref%5F=s9%5Fsimh%5Fgw%5Fp121%5Fd0%5Fi2&redirect=true&pf%5Frd%5Fm=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf%5Frd%5Fs=desktop-1&pf%5Frd%5Fr=0XEY3E6RRQWFM9WF9KR2&pf%5Frd%5Ft=36701&pf%5Frd%5Fp=1970559082&pf%5Frd%5Fi=desktop&pldnSite=1
[Obligatory recommendation of the Panasonic Eneloop Batteries] (https://www.amazon.com/Panasonic-K-KJ17MZ104A-Eneloop-Colored-Advanced/dp/B00N05RL22/ref=sr_1_4_s_it?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1478959227&sr=1-4&keywords=panasonic+eneloop+batteries) They make the batteries Tesla use in their cars and I've had the same batteries for well over a year and get around 5 days out of each pair playing about 4-5 hrs a day (if I'm lucky).
I love em. I had a P&C and a couple during 360 regardless of the cost. ButThe price isn't worth the convenience of being able to charge in the controller, changing the batteries is less work than plugging in the controller for me, fresh batteries are right beside me, plugging in to my Xbox is across the room.
This is what I got, currently $10 more than P&C, was on sale for $25 when I got it. You get 7 times the batteries as P&C, as well I used them in my TV remotes and media remotes etc.

This seems to be the cheapest good way to get into it: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00N05RL22/
Yeah, these Eneloop batteries are NiMH and are good for 1500 recharges. Best damn money ever spent on batteries. :)

The newest version (link above) lets you go through 2100 recharges! :D
That budget is going to mean compromises, but is doable.

All of this will cost your right at 200. For a background, shoot against your plain wall and use photoshop to do a background overlay, Very easy to do, and the only way to stay in your budget.
But with that gear, yes, you will be able to do shots like you have linked.
Not exactly true. If you want to save a bit, it's good to get them bundled with a charger. Specifically the BQ-CC17 that comes with this bundle: http://www.amazon.com/Panasonic-K-KJ17MZ104A-Eneloop-Colored-Advanced/dp/B00N05RL22/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&qid=1450903674&sr=8-7&keywords=eneloop
It's a decent inexpensive charger that uses a reliable smart charge shutoff method and has a separate charging circuit for each slot (as opposed to really cheap chargers that usually have paired circuits, so it quits charging as soon as one of the two batteries hits full)
You won't mess up the batteries with "another companies charger" unless it's a really shitty charger, considering pretty much every great charger out there is by a third party.
