The D-pad on the PDP Wired Pro Controller is the best I've tried so far. Their newest model has a headphone jack too. The only issue I have with the controller is that the handles feel short compared to Nintendo's Pro Controller. My pinky fingers are hanging off the end.

I bought this one and been using it for a month to play Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3. It's been really good so far. Definitely recommend it.
