Sure thing!

USB Switch: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DRG1QHA

HDMI Switch: https://www.amazon.com/Control-Adapter-Switches-Supports-Switcher/dp/B07B8YDRX1

Basically I took a 1u rack shelf and stuck both of those boxes with double-sided tape. I ran the HDMI-out and USB-out up and over the top of my rack to a 12-inch touchscreen IPS monitor (as shown in the photos). I used an 11-inch "magic arm" (the friction arms photographers/videographers use) to attach it to the top frame of my rack. It uses 1/4-20 size screw bolts.

For the USB, it's also ran to the little touchscreen monitor, and with a 3-port mini usb hub, I can connect the wired USB mini keyboard (as shown in the photo) plus the touchscreen, and switch it to any server I want. Every server runs a usb and hdmi cable to those two boxes. It took me a while to find the right stuff for this cheapo KVM setup, cause 1) I needed the USB/HDMI boxes to have outward-facing buttons (many of the cheap ones have the switch buttons on the top of the box), and 2) I needed a keyboard that was not only lightweight and small, but also with a built in mouse. The keyboard I bought here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0065PZ7DY/ and it comes with a tiny little trackball mouse built in the top corner.

I attached the keyboard to the frame of the rack on the side again, with a friction arm, and a smartphone/tablet clamp adapter. This lets me loosen up the friction arm, and "fold" the keyboard in, flat against the side of the rack and out of the way.

It's a Perixx Periboard-505H. I grew up on trackballs and prefer them to touchpads. The trackball also fits the retro aesthetics of the device.

The keyboard itself is awesome to keep around for general work. I'm thinking of buying another to be used as my backup and to plug into my home server. This way I can throw out my old Dell KB and mouse taking up space. Fair warning: the tiny trackball is insanely sensitive. I've used it in Windows and Linux and in both OS I have to use the lowest speed setting.
