I have these gloves I bought with silicone insides (I think they were called “spa gloves” - totally sure you could find them on amazon, I’ll look for a link and update). They kind of just look like regular mittens but plastic inside. I SLATHER my hands in cream and sleep with them on all night and it makes a huge, huge difference. I prefer these over other types of bamboo, etc type gloves as I can slather cream inside and it isn’t absorbed by the fabric - it just sits on my skin and soaks in over hours.
I also use bandasil - liquid bandaid spray, when my eczema cracks and leaves me with cuts on my hands. I once had some bad cracking and cuts and got a nasty infection in my finger as a result. Finger swelled and turned dark in colour, ended up on antibiotics. The bandasil is great because it acts as a barrier for without wrapping bandaids all over yourself. I keep it on me and reapply throughout the day / after I wash my hands, etc.
