I've heard coin envelopes work pretty well for resistors and small caps, you can label the top edge and line them up in a box.

I've seen that 9-pocket trading card organizers get good ratings for resistors as well. You could also try photo pages if you want some different pocket sizes. I'm assuming here, but I would guess they're the same size as the card organizers, so you can mix and match. Also keep in mind that this method is far from static-free, so I'd stay away from anything that would be sensitive to it.

I use the ubiquitous 3x3 card holders for my pilots. Sorted by what ship, lowest to highest PS then by wave. Right now all 3 factions are in one binder. But im planning to get seperate binders.

Upgrade cards are in these 10 business card holder pages. Theyre sorted by type then alphabetically. It holds them alright but the material is really slick so they kinda slide a bit.
