If you're looking to publish, it could be tricky with existing geek trivia games out there:

In addition to each geekdom having one or more of it's own trivia games. Choosing to buy movement or items sounds like a fun twist though, and I wish you luck on the journey!

The more the merrier.

Your Dad.

They can be a little more pricey, but maybe a nice leather roll kit for his tools?
I don't know what his favorite Beatles song is, but can't go wrong with a classic.

This might be a terrible assumption on my part, but I'm guessing he plays classic guitar and not electric. As somebody who likes to put stuff together, maybe he would like a guitar blueprint? If he plays electrical, they have those too on the same site.

So depending on what kind of alcohol, there are a lot of really cool gifts out there specific to they type of alcohol. Like funky, but functional glasses, whiskey stones, flasks etc. As far of sci fi, there is a lot of stuff out there. Any good Star Trek fan should have at least one insignia, thought it might be good to know which Star Trek he likes the most, classic, TNG, Deep Space, the new movies.

Bad but great sci fi movies: Critters, Stung, Black Sheep. If your local film movie theater has a bad movies night, maybe get him some tickets. But keep in mind, whatever you give him, your sister is going to have to live with too. AKA don't piss your sister off by giving him any of these.

Fun game he might also like, you all like to play games together. My husband and I play it sometime for giggles.

The few truck drivers I know really love audiobooks. A good audiobook is like the gift that keeps on giving. The Dresden Files books read by James Marsters is still one of my favorite audiobooks ever, cover fantasy, and witty, so witty. Along with Ready Player One read by Wil Wheaton. If you want something that covers a lot of genres, Dangerous Women anthology is wonderful and you get a lot of people reading short stories.

Peter Sellers is amazing. If he doesn't already have The Party or Being There on dvd, get them for him. Or even The Life and Death of Peter Sellers. Geoffrey Rush is so amazing in that film.

Of course I personally want to give all truck driver this or this, but I just love Jack Burton.

This is just what I got off the top of my head.
