From cheaper 1050ti to cheaper 1060 3gb it's 30$ difference. From middle end 1050ti to lower 1060 3gb it's 10 bucks. Which imo is well worth it.

So im a little confused about the pin connection your talking about but as for the parts theres a really good deal on amazon you should jump on for the 1060 3gb heres a link https://www.amazon.com/PNY-NVIDIA-GeForce-Graphics-VCGGTX10603PB/dp/B01K8PAS8K/ref=sr_1_5?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1526241892&sr=1-5&keywords=gtx+1060+3gb Should run many modern titles on high ultra settings 60fps especially with your current cpu. As for the power supply just find any that will work for a decent price atleast 500w or so.
