Not OP, but its this one.
Add some of these and a couple of these for a half-decent mobile station.
This Monitor
If you're that set on a portable solution think about a monitor like that, then use a USB C to HDMI adapter of some kind.
I picked up a second portable display because I needed one that had an HDMI input. It gave me a good opportunity to compare my trusty ZenScreen against some cheaper alternatives that have come out recently.
I'm making it more obvious in title and description, because it was somehow removed earlier for "Rule II - External Monitor."

There’s a better option than an old laptop that will be bulky and not even full HD. There are external monitors that are laptop screen sized and made for travel. And, they are around the same price of an ElGato.
Not a tablet, just a portable monitor but it’s been a great investment

I got another portable monitor from amazon before I heard about this:

Is the main feature the folding hinge? Wondering if it's worth dropping an extra 100 to get this display.
I meant to say I have the portable monitor already

I just need a case or backpack that can fit both Xbox one x and monitor snug.
I've got a USB c on the laptop but some screen have direct USB c built in. Like this hoping someone has gotten something similar and can share their experience.

Even if that is heavier than you want to carry around it will give you idea of what is possible. Oh, and +1 for larger screen. I tend to carry one or two of travel screen with me when I'm on the road: https://smile.amazon.com/Portable-Monitor-Computer-1920×1080-Protector/dp/B07RGPCQG1 (haven't used this brand, just Asus thus far, but you might want to consider a smaller screen and an external travel monitor or two. Be sure you check the vertical resolution, some of the cheaper ones are just x768 or x1024).
