I still wear glasses for driving but at my new lowered prescription.
I started with the 99% blocking ones and then transitioned to the 50% ones once I could handle more blue light. I still use my 99% ones after 7pm to get my brain ready for sleep and I use the 50% ones for computer stuff on days when I am extra tired. I still have a bit of blue light sensitivity if I am extremely drained and the vision therapist said she wouldn't be able to fix that with eye rehab. I think its just my autonomic nervous system dysfunction which is why its gotten better with the buffalo treadmill protocol.
