I see quite a few options.

• remap scroll wheel button to left click or use middle finger for left click.
  
  
• Pick up a mouse with thumb buttons so she can use her thumb to control
  
  
• USB Foot pedal for clicking
  
  
• Start training herself to use the other hand. I have terrible problems with my right wrist and had to learn to use my left for mousing. I use a Razer Taipan to easily switch between hands, but there are quite a few inexpensive ambidextrous mice.

I love board games!

If you want a simple game instead of the regular 2 hr trek of Arkham or Catan, you could get Zombie Dice. It's silly, but entertaining. It's a little like Blackjack and yahtzee mixed together. If you don't have Pandemic, you need it. It's so much fun and it's different because you work together instead of against the other players. You can play with two people also. Ticket to ride is another fun one, don't be deceived into thinking it's lame from the art/cover. It's award winning.

As far as senitmental ones, you can steal this idea from me =): I bought a deck of cards and wrote 52 different reasons I love my boyfriend on each card. He really appreciated the time and thought into picking 52 different things. Plus the medium is interesting if you like games. I had things on there varying from "You always appreciate the effort I put into cooking, even when it's not the best result" to "You never make me feel embarrassed to be myself". Plus a couple more scandalous items ;).

If he's into PC games (and if he doesn't have one) he might enjoy a gameboard like this one or a gaming mouse. And, if we're getting sentimental again, make him a mousepad with a picture of you two.

I have the Logitech G400s and it was is a great mouse! I use a palm grip and it fits perfectly in my hand. Across my knuckles is about 3" and from base of palm to tip of middle finger is about 7 1/8". I use one notch higher than the default DPI and love it. My only complaint is a year later and my right click needs some extra pressure to make it work. Especially when gaming. I noticed when I was trying to use a special ability while playing The Witcher. It works just fine for a single click. But when you need to right click and hold you either have to use a lot of pressure or you have to really hammer down on it and hold. Again this just started for me and I have had the mouse for about a year and that is my only complaint. I personally am looking at upgrading to either the Logitech G502 Proteus Core, Razer Taipan, or the Corsair M65. The only reason I don't run right out and get the Logitech g502 Proteus Core is the $80 price tag. Hope this helps.

I don't know what you mean. This is the product I purchased, but as you can see, there are competing sellers whom, from time to time, will undercut Amazon and become the default seller for that item. At the time I purchased it, a third-party seller was undercutting Amazon, so I purchased it from them without any intervention on my part. However, that seller no longer stocks or deals in Razer products at this time.

The only tip i have is get a gaming mouse that has extra buttons, then map all of your weapons/gadgets to mouse buttons. I find that the only time i ever have difficulty in fumbling with controls is when i have to take my fingers off wasd to hit one of the number keys, being able to move while switching weapons/gadgets is an immense help.

For example, i use a Razer Taipan and have gadget 1 & 2 mapped to the thumb buttons, scroll wheel to switch between primary and secondary, and middle mouse as melee. the only time i have to take my hands off the movement controls is to throw a drone, or reload which you generally don't do in the line of fire anyway.

I have a laptop I plug into a 30-33" tv (I don't remember exact size) on my desk when I'm done working. I use this cheap keyboard and the Taipan. I got a washable keyboard after hating this one.

Medigel is set to middle mouse button, ops packs to back-left, thermal clips to button behind the scroll wheel, missles to 5 (no shortcuts).

Skill 1 is set to Q, 2 to E, 3 to V and the back-left mouse button. The two right mouse buttons are for scripts (spacebar to stay alive, tested one with the Mattock).
