This solution though doesn’t kill the eggs that these things lay, it only captures the mature adults. So while you may catch a bunch of them it will remain a problem in the house. OP do you have a garbage disposal in your kitchen sink?

Buy a can of this if you can, some Home Depot’s even have it. There’s no pesticides, if you apply this to your drains and garbage disposal it will help eliminate the problem your having.
