You can, provided you have the money to buy an adjustable weight vest. Because one of the other commenters had a pretty visceral response ("mostly overpriced garbage"), I'm assuming not a lot of people here have the funds to spend $100 on exercise equipment. But I do, and I bought a vest that allows you to adjust weight. It's expensive, but 'expensive' is relative. If you're going to put it to use, it's never expensive. I also bought two sandbags, one that's your basic sandbag and another that's a 'strongman' sandbag. Each were about $100 and what people here would call 'overpriced garbage' but I use them every week.

I had a similar question about weighted vests not so long ago and it seems that this one is the perfect choice:

I wouldn’t recommend running with a weighted vest. For walking, hiking, push-ups & pull ups it’s going to be a awesome buy

One more thing. I'm assuming you're playing standing up, in which case check this out, too:

You will want the one with the shoulder pads. The weight things are adjustable, so you can start low and work yourself up.

I did these for the gloves, and wound up cutting the fingers down to interfere less with buttons:
