My copy brand new was $14.87. Comparing this to the eBay listings I have seen looks like I got it for a very good price.
It did get a release; I bought it, but I think it was pitched as a music product sort of like concert dvd's, interviews, or music documentaries rather than winding up on store shelves next to other typical home video. It might be out of print now, too. It's still in stock on Amazon, but only via 3rd-party retailers. I've heard the Bluray looks no better than the DVD if anyone's interested.
