This Pepper Spray on my - Wishlist - would be really nice, considering my neighbor is currently stalking me to the point I am afraid to leave my house until I can get to Houston. This would give me some more courage to check my mail and go grocery shopping.

Good point. But that is exactly why Sabre Red foam is so good/cool.
It comes out as foam, flies through the air as foam. But almost instantly after hitting something it turns into a thick oily liquid.

The only reason he was able to last until 0:26 is that he had his eyes closed. The moment he opened his eyes he was overcome with pain. In a more likely defense scenario an attacker would be instantly stunned and overpowered with pain ( pause at 0:11 for pure, unadulterated nasty ) If you tried wiping it off you would just smear it and probably make it worse.

and a smaller "conventional" unit that sprays a liquid.
Also, pepper spray is cheap, will put down anyone no matter the size, blinds them, can be shot 10 feet from target, and is non-lethal so more likely for you to use it, and they're tagged for police to identify (some include blue or black-light visible ink as well). Since they're blind and on the ground in pain you have more than enough time to get away and get police. Like anything else though, that's if you get the shot off first and they don't have a firearm.

Test this somewhere! Try spraying it at small targets, see how far it goes, how much it's affected by wind, and so on.
Also, unfortunately you will probably have to use some on yourself. Yes, on yourself. This is important because you want to be ready and know what to expect in case it gets on you in a high-pressure situation.
This won't be comfortable, have preparation set up to get it off of you. Maybe bring a friend to spray you and get you cleaned up.
