That will only work for 1 person. How many daughters will be recording with you?

For up to 4 people, this is a good interface:

Behringer UMC404HD

Use ocenaudio to record without issues.

And these microphones will be fine:

Samson R21 3-pack

You’ll need some cheap mic stands and you’ll be all set.

Put the mics in the stands, plug the mics into the interface, plug the interface into the computer, adjust the gain, and press record in ocenaudio.

If you have a Windows PC, I've heard that Focusrites sometimes have compatibility issues with them, so make sure you're buying from somewhere that has a good return policy just in case (most people don't have issues, and I haven't heard of any with Macs).

As far as the mics go, the ATR2100 is a good choice, but if you're starting with an interface you can get a set of XLR only mics that cost less and sound at least as good, such as the Samson R21, Superlux TM58, or the CAD D32. You will need to get mic stands/boom arms if you went for any of the XLR only mics, as they don't come with their own, if that influences your decision any. For the pop filters, there are cheaper option that work exactly the same (I think I've seen them for $6-$7), if you aren't set on the PS01.

Overall, you've got a good setup picked out! The one other thing I will add is that you will also want to consider acoustic treatment. Having something up to cut the reverb from the room is going to have the greatest effect on audio quality, even over mic selection. It can be anything as simple as a few heavy blankets behind you, or purchased acoustic panels, but you will want something. Good luck getting everything running!

I noted that Samson has a cheapo 3-pack too, but since I never used them I couldn't recommend

I am a cheapskate and if it is just to outfit your kid's garage band these should be just fine.
